Shipping and Returns

SHIPPING

We use NZ Post as our courier service for all of our orders for New Zealand customers. Parcels delivered by NZ Post are sent using a standard overnight service. The cut off time for same day dispatch is 2pm.

Orders are processed as soon as possible within standard business hours. You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link once your order has been shipped. If for any reason your item is out of stock or delayed we will advise you by email as soon as possible.

RETURNS

If you're not completely satisfied with your KYOZEN purchase you are welcome to exchange it for a full refund, store credit or an alternative product, within 14 days of your purchase.

Please be advised that return shipping costs are non-refundable. To ensure your return is processed smoothly, kindly follow our updated return instructions. We cannot be held responsible for returns sent without prior authorization.
